Yes. Your website and CRM run on your own domain — a .co.za or anything else you own — entirely in your agency’s name, logo and colours. BabystepsCRM is never shown to your clients.
The figures are set in Rand with your local Babysteps team and you get them in writing during your demo, before anything is decided. On this site you will find the full structure — the three phases, what is in each of them and which add-ons exist — without the amounts, because we are not going to publish a Rand figure we have not agreed with you.
Yes — that is exactly how it is meant. Phase 1 is a complete, working website and CRM, and nothing in it is held back. Phase 2 and 3 are purely additive layers on top: they can only be added once phase 1 is in place, and you decide whether and when. Right now the setup of phases 2 and 3 is free.
Yes. Sale and rental mandates are recorded per property with their own start and end dates, so you can see at a glance what is running and what is about to run out. Erf size and floor size, suburb and estate, freehold, sectional title or cluster, rates and levies all have their own place too.
Yes, and we would expect you to. Your own site stands alongside the portals, it does not replace them. Listings carry an XML feed that any portal reading a feed can pick up, and portal leads that reach you by email are read in automatically and become leads in your CRM.
Yes. We import your existing properties with their photos for you, so you are up and running quickly — you do not start from scratch.
The system is built with South African data protection (POPIA) in mind: your data sits in your own system, access is set per team member, unsubscribes are respected automatically and everything is exportable. We are not going to claim full POPIA compliance while the legal side is still being finalised — we would rather be straight with you about that than tick a box.
You do — always. You can export everything at any time, and there is no lock-in. If you ever stop, you keep your domain, content and data.
Not at all. We build, host, secure and update everything. You just manage your properties and leads. And because it runs in the cloud, load-shedding at your office does not take your website down.
No. The monthly service is cancellable monthly, with no long-term commitment. The one-time setup is paid per phase, on delivery of that phase, and a phase only starts once you have agreed to it. Add-ons can be switched on or off whenever you ask.
