Which details we collect when you request a demo, why we collect them, who processes them on our behalf and how you have them corrected or deleted.

Only what you type into the demo form on this website: your first name, last name, phone number, email address and agency name, and — if you fill them in — your current website and your message. Nothing else, and no more than that.
To answer your demo request and to get in touch with you about it. That is the only purpose. We do not use your details for anything else, and we do not sell or pass them on to third parties.
We process your details because you asked us to contact you about a demo (steps taken at your request before any contract) and, where it applies, on your consent — which you can withdraw at any time.
We keep your demo request for up to two years after our last contact, or sooner if you ask us to delete it. After that we remove it.
Two service providers handle your details on our behalf, and only for the purpose above: Netlify, which hosts this website and receives the form submission, and Resend, which delivers the email that reaches us. Both act on our instructions.
Our two providers, Netlify and Resend, may process your details on servers outside the EU, including in the United States. This happens under the safeguards the GDPR requires — standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
This website runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies, and it stores nothing on your device — no cookies, no local storage. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to. The pages do load their typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts a Google server and Google sees your IP address; nothing else is shared, and we receive nothing from it.
Under the GDPR you can ask to see the details we hold about you, have them corrected or deleted, object to us using them, ask us to restrict how we use them, or receive them in a portable form; where we rely on your consent you can withdraw it at any time. Write to jjs@babysteps-re.com and we will act on it and confirm back to you. If you feel we have not handled your data properly, you can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
