Yes. Your website and CRM run on your own domain, entirely in your agency's name, logo and colours. BabystepsCRM is never shown to your clients.
Yes — that is exactly how it is meant. Phase 1 is a complete, working website and CRM, and nothing in it is held back. Phase 2 and 3 are purely additive layers on top: they can only be added once phase 1 is in place, and you decide whether and when.
Yes. We import your existing properties for you so you're up and running quickly — you don't start from scratch.
Dutch, English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Czech and Russian are ready to go, and we can add other languages on request. Two languages are included in the base; every extra language costs €6 a month and they add up — a third language is €6, a fourth €12, a fifth €18. Automatic translation of listing descriptions and website text belongs to phase 1 itself, not to the AI service, and you can always correct a translation yourself — your correction is never overwritten.
No. The monthly service is cancellable monthly, with no long-term commitment. The one-time setup is paid per phase, on delivery of that phase, and a phase only starts once you have agreed to it. Right now the setup of phases 2 and 3 is free — you only pay the phase 1 setup and your monthly plan. Add-ons can be switched on or off whenever you ask.
Then you file a request. Nearly everything is possible, because the platform is built out of add-ons. We tell you honestly what it takes and what it costs, and if we build it you get it as an add-on in your own console.
You do — always. You can export everything at any time, and there's no lock-in. If you ever stop, you keep your domain, content and data.
